Thank you for choosing Royal desert Adventures. We value your trust and appreciate your interest in booking one of our packages. Once you make a reservation through our official website or via our booking team, it will be considered that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. We kindly request all guests to review these terms carefully before confirming any booking. Please note that we reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time, depending on circumstances.

1. PRICING & RATES

All our prices are calculated per person unless specified otherwise. The tour prices listed on our website include only the services mentioned in the package description and exclude personal expenses such as gratuities for staff, guides, or drivers. Rates are subject to change without prior notice if external factors such as fuel costs, government taxes, hotel rates, or transport charges are affected.

2. MODE OF PAYMENT

Guests are required to make full payment in cash at the time of pickup. Alternatively, payments can also be made via bank transfer or deposit.

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Upon making a reservation, our team will send you a confirmation email with all the necessary details. Please ensure you review your booking plan thoroughly, as our team prepares the itinerary according to the best available options and seasonality.

4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

4.1 Cancellation

  • No charges will apply for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour.

  • Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the tour will incur a 50% charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will incur 100% charges and no refunds will be issued.

4.2 No-Show

Failure to show up for your tour will be treated as a last-minute cancellation with 100% charges. Discounts, vouchers, or unused services (such as safari, dhow cruise, or sightseeing tours) will not be transferable to future bookings.

5. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

To cancel your booking, you must notify Royal Desert Adventures directly through email, phone, or WhatsApp. Once we receive your request, our team will provide a written confirmation of cancellation and details of any applicable charges. Royal Desert Adventures will not be held responsible for cancellations not officially confirmed by our team.

6. ITINERARY CHANGES

The tour itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our team will arrange the best possible alternatives without additional cost. Please note that we reserves the right to make minor adjustments to schedules without refunds. No compensation will be provided in the event of natural calamities such as floods, storms, or earthquakes.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Royal Desert Adventures is not liable for any accident, illness, loss of personal belongings, or any other unforeseen incident during your trip. Guests are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance before booking their tour.

8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Guests are responsible for carrying their valid identification and travel documents at all times. International travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required documents. UAE nationals and residents must also carry their Emirates ID or other official identification. No refunds will be provided in case of denied entry or lack of required documents.

9. WEBSITE USAGE & COPYRIGHT

All content, images, data, and design elements available on the Royal Desert Adventures website are the intellectual property of the company. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content for business or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
